摘要
目的:探究针刺辅助麻醉对混合痔手术患者的影响。方法:选取2023年10月—2024年6月上海松江区方塔中医医院收治的64例混合痔手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(采用常规麻醉)和试验组(在对照组基础上采用针刺辅助麻醉),各32例。评估患者麻醉药剂量、麻醉效果、术后恶心呕吐情况。结果:试验组罗哌卡因用量、环泊酚剂量比对照组少(P<0.001);试验组肛门松弛度评分、舒适度评分、牵拉反射评分及术后疼痛数字评定量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:将针刺辅助麻醉应用在混合痔手术患者中,可减少麻醉药用量,提高其肛门松弛度、舒适度,降低恶心呕吐发生风险,牵拉反射良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture-assisted anesthesia on patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:A total of 64 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted to Shanghai Songjiang District Fangta Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(using conventional anesthesia)and an experimental group(acupuncture-assisted anesthesia on the basis of the control group),with 32 cases in each group.The patients'anesthetic dose,anesthetic effect,and postoperative nausea and vomiting were evaluated.Results:The dosage of ropivacaine and propofol in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).The anal relaxation score,comfort score,stretch reflex score,and postoperative Pain Digital Rating Scale score in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture-assisted anesthesia in patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery can reduce the amount of anesthetics,improve anal relaxation and comfort,reduce the risk of nausea and vomiting,and improve the traction reflex.
