摘要
目的:分析利多卡因联合氢化可的松治疗慢性肛门直肠痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月在上海市松江区方塔中医医院进行慢性肛门直肠痛治疗的患者60例开展研究,随机分成对照组(运用利多卡因治疗)与试验组(在对照组基础上联合氢化可的松治疗),各30例。分析两组疼痛情况、治疗有效率、负性情绪。结果:治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.010)。治疗后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利多卡因联合氢化可的松治疗慢性肛门直肠痛的临床效果显著,能够减轻患者的痛感,缓解患者负性情绪。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of lidocaine combined with hydrocortisone in the treatment of chronic anorectal pain.Methods:Sixty patients receiving chronic anorectal pain treatment in Shanghai Songjiang District Fangta Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected for this study,and randomly divided into control group(treated with lidocaine)and experimental group(treated with hydrocortisone on the basis of control group),with thirty cases in each group.Pain,treatment effectiveness and negative emotion were analyzed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of visual analogue score decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P=0.010).After treatment,the scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of lidocaine combined with hydrocortisone in the treatment of chronic anorectal pain is significant,which can reduce the pain of patients and alleviate the negative emotions of patients.
