摘要
目的:观察脑卒中后偏瘫患者应用中西医结合康复治疗的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年7月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的76例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用常规西医康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医康复治疗。比较两组运动能力、偏瘫程度、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Brunnstrom分级优于对照组(P=0.005);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.042)。结论:脑卒中后偏瘫患者应用中西医结合康复治疗的效果显著,可提高其运动能力,减轻偏瘫程度。
Objective:To observe the effect of rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients after stroke with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods:A total of seventy-six patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Southwest of Guizhou Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The motor ability,hemiplegia degree and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the score of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Brunnstrom grading in observation group was better than that in control group(P=0.005).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.042).Conclusion:After stroke patients with hemiplegia,the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation treatment is remarkable,which can improve their movement ability and reduce the degree of hemiplegia.
