摘要
目的:分析针对性干预对策在产科患者输血治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年1—12月黔西南布依族苗族自治州人民医院收治的需行输血治疗的产科患者为研究对象,其中2023年1—6月接受治疗的患者纳入对照组(n=1656),实施常规管理工作;2023年7—12月接受治疗的患者纳入研究组(n=1851),实施针对性干预对策。对比两组输血安全隐患发生情况、输血量、不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组不合格申请单填写、不合格备血标本发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组红细胞、血浆人均用量低于对照组(P<0.001);两组血小板人均用量比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:针对性干预对策在产科患者输血治疗中的应用效果显著,可降低输血安全隐患及不良反应发生率,减少输血量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted intervention strategies in the transfusion treatment of obstetric patients.Methods:Obstetric patients in need of blood transfusion treatment admitted to the Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients who received treatment from January to June 2023 were included in the control group(n=1656),and routine management was carried out.Patients treated from July to December 2023 were included in the study group(n=1851)and targeted intervention strategies were implemented.The occurrence of blood transfusion safety hazards,blood transfusion volume and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of unqualified application form filling and unqualified blood sample preparation in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The per capita erythrocyte and plasma consumption in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the per capita platelet dosage between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of targeted intervention strategies in the transfusion treatment of obstetric patients is significant,which can reduce the risk of blood transfusion safety and the incidence of adverse reactions,and reduce the amount of blood transfusion.
