摘要
目的:分析头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月沧州市献县中医医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=35,采用阿奇霉素治疗)和观察组(n=35,在对照组基础上联合头孢他啶治疗)。对比两组恢复情况、肺功能指标、免疫功能指标、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组呼吸困难缓解时间、恢复正常体温时间、无肺部啰音时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及CD3+、CD4+水平升高,CD8+及肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,可缩短患儿住院时间,促使各项指标恢复,改善其肺部功能和免疫功能,降低炎性因子水平。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ceftazidime combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods:Seventy children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in Cangzhou Xianxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=35,treated with azithromycin)and observation group(n=35,treated with ceftazidime on the basis of control group).The recovery condition,lung function index,immune function index and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of dyspnea relief,the time of normal body temperature recovery,the time of no pulmonary rales and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,peak expiratory flow rate,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume at the first second,CD3+and CD4+levels were increased in both groups,while CD8+and tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 levels were decreased in both groups,and those in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ceftazidime combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can shorten the hospitalization time,promote the recovery of various indicators,improve the lung function and immune function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
