摘要
高瓦斯矿井工作面采空区遗煤解吸大量瓦斯是导致工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数超限的重要原因。为研究低位高抽巷对本煤层采空区瓦斯的治理效果,以山西某矿工作面为研究对象,通过理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,模拟研究了高抽巷作用下采场的瓦斯体积分数分布特征;通过井下实测的瓦斯数据对比分析,揭示了采空区高抽巷对上隅角瓦斯的治理效果。结果表明,采用高抽巷抽采采空区瓦斯后,工作面回风风流中瓦斯体积分数低于0.18%,工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数低于0.20%,有效防止了工作面上隅角瓦斯异常积聚,保证了回采工作面的作业安全。
The large amount of gas emission from residual coal in goaf in a coal mine of high gas is an important reason for exceeding the limit of gas volume fraction in the upper corner of the mining face.To study the effect of high drainage tunnel of low location on the control of gas in the current coal mine goaf,a certain mining face in Shanxi Province was taken as the research object.By a combination of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the distribution characteristics of gas volume fraction in the mining area under the effect of high drainage tunnel were simulated and studied;The gas drainage effect of the high drainage tunnel on the gas at upper corner was analyzed by comparing it with the gas data measured on site in the coal mine.The results showed that the gas volume fraction in the return airway of the working face remained below 0.18%under the effect of the high drainage tunnel.Meantime,the gas volume fraction in the upper corner decreased to below 0.20%.This effectively prevented gas accumulation in the mining face,ensuring the safety of the mining face.
