采动区瓦斯地面井井身结构设计及安全防护研究 被引量:18

摘要 利用地面井抽采采动区采煤工作面瓦斯,可较好解决高瓦斯或突出矿井工作面瓦斯超限问题。文章分析了采动影响下瓦斯地面井抽采技术原理和技术难点,提出3种采动区瓦斯地面井井身结构,分别为:全井固井、悬挂完井;局部固井、悬挂完井;两级固井、悬挂完井。分析了3种地面井井身结构的优势及适用条件。研发了针对不同使用条件的3种采动区地面井防护装置,包括:剪切防护装置、伸缩防护装置、厚壁刚性综合防护装置。在晋煤集团寺河矿进行了工程应用,取得了很好地抽采瓦斯效果,在采煤工作面推过地面井200m范围内,瓦斯抽采纯量约1. 2万m^3/d,瓦斯浓度85%左右。采煤工作面推过地面井200m后,地面井抽采瓦斯量约为0. 36万m^3/d,抽采瓦斯浓度约为32. 5%。在采煤工作面距井位60m,地面井开始抽采工作面平均瓦斯浓度降至0. 41%以下,平均降至0. 27%,工作面瓦斯浓度平均降低26. 5%。 Surface well gas extraction in mining influence area is an effective solution for gas overrun in coal face of high gas or outburst mine. The principle and technical difficulties of gas surface well extraction under mining influence are analyzed. Three kinds of well bore structures of gas surface wells in the mining influence area are put forward,which are: full well cementing,hanging well completion;partial well cementing, hanging well completion;two-stage well cementing, hanging well completion. The advantages and applicable conditions of the structures are analyzed. Three kinds of protective devices for surface wells in mining areas are developed,including shear protection device,expansion protection device and thick wall rigid comprehensive protection device. It was applied in Sihe Coal Mine and good gas drainage effect was achieved. Within 200 m of the coal face pushing through the surface well,the net gas drainage volume was about 12000 m^3/d and the gas concentration was about 85%. After the coal face advanced 200 m over the surface well,the gas drainage volume of the surface well was about 3600 m^3/d,and the gas drainage concentration was about 32. 5%. In the working face 60 m away from the well position,the average gas concentration of the surface well reduced by 26. 5% to below 0. 41%,and 0. 27% on average,gas control problem in working face was solved,the coal mining safety was guaranteed,achieving good social and economic results.
