纤维替代率对纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ECC)抗海水侵蚀能力影响研究

摘要 为研究纤维替代率对纤维增强水泥基复合材料(ECC)抗海水侵蚀能力的影响,本研究通过采用POM纤维逐步替代(0%、25%、50%、75%、100%替代率)PVA纤维制备ECC试块,并放入海水溶液中浸泡侵蚀30、60、90 d,研究不同纤维替代率下抗海水侵蚀性能变化及其影响因素。结果表明:试块的弯拉强度和质量随浸泡时间的增加呈先增加后减小趋势;混掺纤维组纤维损失率小于单种纤维组;海水侵蚀深度随纤维替代率的增加呈先减小后增加趋势。在替代率为50%时孔隙率和侵蚀深度达到最低,表现出较好的纤维杂化效果,弯拉强度高、抗海水侵蚀能力强。 In order to study the effect of fiber substitution rate on the resistance of fiber-reinforced cementitious composites(ECC)to seawater erosion and to reduce the production cost,in this study,ECC specimens were prepared by gradually substituting POM fibers for PVA fibers(0%,25%,50%,75%,and 100%substitution rate).The ECC specimens were put into seawater solution for immersion and erosion to study the changes of seawater erosion resistance under different fiber substitution rates and its influencing factors.The results showed that the bending and tensile strength and mass of the test blocks increased first and then decreased with the increase of soaking time.The fiber loss rate of the mixed fiber group was smaller than that of the single fiber group.The depth of seawater erosion with the increase of fiber substitution rate showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.The porosity and erosion depth reached the lowest when the substitution rate was 50%,showing better fiber hybridization effect,high bending and tensile strength,and strong resistance to seawater erosion.
