摘要
对纤维体积含量分别为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的玄武岩纤维增强混凝土进行试验,研究了玄武岩纤维体积掺量对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并利用φ100 mm的SHPB装置进行了冲击压缩试验,得到了不同应变率下的全过程应力—应变曲线。试验结果表明:混凝土材料具有应变速率敏感性,随着应变率的增加,混凝土的峰值应力增加,发现玄武岩纤维的体积掺量为0.1%时,具有最好的力学性能。
The effect of volume fractions on compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete was studied by experiments with Basalt Fibers Reinforced Concrete (BFRC).The volume ratio of basalt fiber is 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3% respectively.At the same time,the dynamic compression intention of BFRC under variable strain rate,and the overall-process stress-strain curves were obtained by using the (φl00mm split hopkinson pressure bar device.The results prove the strain rate sensitivity of concrete material, and the peak stress intensity of BFRC is increased when the strain rate improves.BFRC has the best mechanical properties at 0. 1%.
