摘要
通过对河南省历史形成的未利用矿区进行调查评价,结合层次分析法、地理信息技术和专家会商等方法,得到“一矿一策”综合评价结果的技术方法,并提出了未利用矿区调查评价中关键问题的处置原则和方法。以典型未利用矿区为例,从技术经济、外部环境、生态环保、产业政策等方面研究影响未利用矿区勘查开发利用的制约因素,分析说明可出让矿区、可支持快速上产矿区、可快速提高工作程度矿区、可储备矿区、暂难利用矿区及其他矿区开发利用存在的问题和未利用原因。最后针对这些矿区存在的问题,提出了解决思路和建议。
Through the investigation and evaluation of the unused mining areas formed in the history of Henan Province,combined with the methods of analytic hierarchy process,geographic information technology and expert consultation,the technical method of comprehensive evaluation results of"one mine,one strategy"is obtained,and the disposal principles and methods of key problems in the investigation and evaluation of unused mining areas are put forward.Taking typical unused mining areas as examples,the study examines factors constraining future exploration and development of unutilized mining areas from the aspects of technical economy,external environment,ecological environment protection and industrial policy.It analyzes and elucidates the obstacles and challenges in the development and utilization of six types of mining areas:transferable mining areas,mining areas that are suitable for rapid production,mining areas that are suitable for rapid improvement in working degree,reserve mining areas,mining areas that are temporarily difficult to use,and other types of mining areas.Finally,suggestions and ideas are proposed for future work based on the existing issues in the current stage of work.
