A Two-stage Economic Operation Strategy for Mobile Energy Storage Considering Different Load Scenarios in Distribution Network

摘要 随着储能技术的不断发展,移动储能的应用逐渐广泛。为了在保证移动储能调度效果的前提下优化移动储能调度的经济性,提出了移动储能的两阶段经济运行策略。首先,以4个季节的典型日负荷数据为基础,对配电网中移动储能的位置和容量进行预布置。当系统中出现临时性负荷导致配电网中部分节点的电压偏差增大时,对移动储能进行动态调度,目标函数为最小化主网购电成本和电压偏差。最后,在某市102节点配电网系统中进行算例分析,并计算了不同储能配置方案的经济性。算例结果表明,该调度策略可以兼顾调度效果和经济效益。 With the continuous development of energy storage technology,the application of mobile energy storage has gradually become widespread.To optimize the economy of the mobile energy storage scheduling under the premise of ensuring the effectiveness of the mobile energy storage scheduling,this paper proposes a two-stage economic operation strategy for the mobile energy storage.Firstly,the location and capacity of the mobile energy storage in the distribution network are prearranged based on typical daily load data in four seasons.When temporary loads in the system lead to an increase in voltage deviation at some nodes in the distribution network,the dynamic scheduling of the mobile energy storage is carried out with the objective function of minimizing the power purchase cost of the main grid and the voltage deviation.Finally,a case study is conducted in a 102-node distribution network system in a city,and the economy of different energy storage allocation schemes is calculated.The results of the example show that the scheduling strategy has good scheduling effect and economic benefits.
