摘要
高校分析测试中心作为理工科院校教学和科研的重要支撑平台,其良性建设与稳定发展对于学科建设和科研成果的取得至关重要。大型仪器设备的高效采购与运行、实验人员分析测试能力的提升以及个人发展、队伍建设和完善的管理制度,都是确保分析测试中心发挥重要作用的关键因素。文章以武汉纺织大学分析测试中心为例,深入探讨其在这些方面存在的问题,并提出相应的改进建议,为高校分析测试中心的发展提供参考。
As an important supporting platform for teaching and scientif ic research in science and engineering universities,the benign construction and stable development of the analytical and testing center is very important to the discipline construction and scientif ic research achievements.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the analytical and testing center in universities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The eff icient procurement and operation of large-scale instruments and equipment,the improvement of laboratory personnel’s analysis and testing ability,as well as personal development,team building and perfect management system are the key factors to ensure that the analytical and testing center plays an important role.Taking the analytical and testing center of Wuhan Textile University as an example,this paper deeply discusses the problems existing in these aspects,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions,so as to provide reference for the development of analytical and testing center in universities.
