摘要
随着非许可类化工医药企业的迅猛发展,其安全生产不容忽视,非许可化工医药企业的本质安全问题也越发引起业界的高度重视。文章通过专家指导服务工作的开展,分析明确了在实际工作中非许可化工医药企业存在的九大突出安全生产问题,并提出了强化非许可化工医药企业安全管理的措施与建议,对非许可化工医药企业提升本质安全水平、减少和防范安全事故的发生具有重要的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。
With the rapid development of non-licensed chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises,its safety production can not be ignored,and the essential safety of non-licensed chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises has attracted more and more attention from the industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the essential safety of non-licensed chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Through the development of expert guidance service,this paper analyzes and def ines nine prominent production safety problems existing in non-licensed chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises in practical work,and puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen the safety management of non-licensed chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises.It has important theoretical guiding signif icance and practical application value for non-licensed chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises to improve the essential safety level,reduce and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
