摘要
石化类建设项目工艺复杂、污染严重、环境风险高,环境监理与工程监理相比有其自身的特点。以某石化公司油品质量升级改造项目为例,深入剖析环境监理和工程监理之间的联系与区别,探索建立环境监理和工程监理的良性互动机制,为国内有关方面的研究提供有益的参考。
Petrochemical construction projects had complicated technology,heavy pollution and high environmental risks,in that case,the environmental supervision had its own characteristics.Taking a petrol quality improvement construction project for example,relationship and differences between environmental supervision and construction supervision were analyzed.A positive interaction mechanism between environmental supervision and construction supervision were proposed,which gave beneficial reference to the relevant studies.
