摘要
采用高压脉冲放电等离子体协同超声波提取金蝉花多糖(CCP),通过单因素和响应面试验优化提取工艺,并研究CCP对小鼠免疫力的调节作用。结果表明:最佳提取工艺参数为高压脉冲放电电压38 kV、处理时间89 s、超声功率380 W,在此条件下CCP得率为6.95%。小鼠试验表明,CCP能增加小鼠的体质量和小鼠脏器指数,增加小鼠的细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-2含量,以及增加小鼠免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量,表明CCP具有良好的增强小鼠免疫力的作用。
Polysaccharides from Cordyceps cicadae(CCP)was extracted by high voltage pulse discharge plasma combined with ultrasound.The extraction process was optimized through single factor and re-sponse surface experiments,and the regulation effect of CCP on mice immunity was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction process parameters were high voltage pulse discharge voltage 38 kV,processing time 89 s,and ultrasonic power 380 W.Under the conditions,the CCP yield was 6.95%.The mice test showed that CCP could increase the body mass and organ index of mice,increase the levels of cytokines TNF-α,IFN-γ,and IL-2 in mice,and increase the levels of immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM in mice,indicating that CCP had good effect on enhancing the mice immunity.
