摘要
山西名医门九章教授通过对经典的深入探析以及多年临床经验总结,提出“大病以胃”学术思想,在治疗久病、疑难病、危重症时,通过扶助胃气来调节机体的功能状态以达到平衡。理中汤是中医经典名方,在临床广泛运用,门九章教授运用理中汤兴阳护胃,且用药随证化裁、方精药简。通过运用理中汤及其衍化方治疗验案两则分析,深入探析门九章教授“大病以胃”思想,以期为临床提供更多关于治疗久病、疑难病、危重症的思路与方法。
Through the in-depth analysis of the classics and the summary of many years of clinical experience,Professor Men Jiuzhang,a famous doctor in Shanxi Province,put forward the academic thought of“stomach for serious diseases”,which refers to the treatment of chronic diseases,difficult diseases and critical diseases.When focusing on regulating the functional status of the body by supporting the stomach Qi to achieve normality.Lizhong Decoction is a classic prescription,which is widely used in clinical practice.Professor Men Jiuzhang is good at using Lizhong Decoction to promote Yang and protect stomach.Now through the use of Lizhong Decoction and its derivative prescription in the treatment of two cases of analysis,from the clinical practice level more in-depth understanding of Men Jiuzhang's“serious illness to stomach”thought,in order to provide more clinical ideas and methods for the treatment of long-term illness,difficult illness,critical illness.
