摘要
文章将图书馆服务项目分为空间设施、信息资源、智力服务三类,对76名理科师范生进行持续四年的跟踪调研,利用结构方程模型、ANOVA方差分析判断图书馆对学生成长的影响。结果表明,图书馆信息资源,尤其是数字期刊,对学生第一年课程成绩、德性评价以及后续“毕业论文检索范围、毕业论文个人观点”都有正向效果;图书馆空间设施和智力服务对第一年学生课程成绩、德性评价呈现负向效果;图书馆各项服务项目对师范生批判性思维能力的成长无正向或负向效果;学生入学之前原生家庭的影响不容小觑。未来高校图书馆应投入移动端的数字资源组织;模块化配置“空间、资源、智力”,多维度塑造图书馆形象;开设多样化的信息素养课程,对部分学生进行定点帮扶。
This study categorizes library services into three areas:space facilities,information resources,and intellectual services.By conducting a four-year longitudinal survey of 76 teacher education students and using Structural Equation Modeling and ANOVA analysis,the paper evaluates the impact of these services on student development.The results indicate that:(I)Information resources,particularly digital journals,positively influence first-year students'academic performance,moral evaluations,and the scope and originality of their graduation theses;(II)Space facilities and intellectual services negatively impact first-year students'academic performance and moral evaluations;(III)Library services do not significantly affect the development of critical thinking skills.Additionally,the influence of students'original family environments should not be underestimated.Based on these findings,the study recommends:(I)Investing in the organization of digital resources for mobile platforms;(II)Implementing a modular configuration of“space,resources,and intellectual services”to shape the library's image from multiple dimensions;(III)Offering diverse information literacy courses and providing targeted support for students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
