双碳元素科研案例在化工原理教学中的融合与实践

摘要 在“双碳”战略目标背景下,本文以吸收章节为例,探索“双碳”元素科研案例在化工原理教学中的改革。从吸收剂的选择、吸收物料衡算、塔高计算及操作参数液气比等方面,详细阐述了科研案例与吸收单元教学内容的融合过程的实践。从平衡溶解度的测定、吸收活化剂开发及解吸性能的影响等方面,剖析科研案例对学生工程实践和科研创新能力培养。通过科研案例融合教学的实践,切实培养学生“双碳”意识、工程实践能力和科研创新能力。 Under the background of“double carbon”strategic,this paper took the absorption chapter as an example to explore the reform of double carbon element scientific research cases in chemical engineering principle teaching.The practice of the integration process of the scientific research case and the absorption unit teaching was described in detail from the aspects of the selection of absorbent,the material balance of absorbent,the liquid-gas ratio of the operating parameters and the tower height calculation.In addition,the influence of scientific research cases on students'engineering practice and scientific research innovation ability has been analyzed on the prospect of measurement of equilibrium solubility,the development of absorption activator and the influence of desorption performance.Through the practice of integrated teaching of scientific research cases,we can effectively cultivate students'dual carbon consciousness,engineering practice ability and scientific research innovation ability.
