LaHY分子筛热和水热焙烧固态离子交换研究

THE EFFECTS OF CALCINATION AND HYDROTHERMAL CALCINATION ON SOLID-STATE ION EXCHANGE WITH ZEOLITE LaHY

摘要 采用液相La离子交换法制备LaY母体分子筛,探究在常压空气和常压水蒸气气氛下,经过焙烧的La离子与Y分子筛Na离子的固态离子交换规律以及结构、酸性和催化性能。通过X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱、固体核磁共振波谱、吡啶吸附红外光谱等测试手段对分子筛样品进行表征。结果表明,相比于空气气氛热焙烧,100%水蒸气气氛下的水热焙烧处理更有利于La离子从超笼方钠石笼中迁移,衍射晶面(311)衍射峰的峰强度I 1与衍射晶面(222)衍射峰的峰强度I 2的比值(I 1 I 2)提高了23.8%,La离子流失比例由13%降至6%。在800℃、17 h、100%水蒸气条件下进行水热老化处理后,分子筛结晶保留度提高了6.6百分点,轻柴油微反活性提高了7百分点,焦炭选择性降低了1.2百分点。 Batches of LaHY zeolite,prepared with liquid lanthanum ion exchange.The effects of calcination in air and hydrothermal calcination on solid-state ion exchange and catalytic properties of zeolite LaHY were comparatively studied.The samples were characterized by XRD,XRF,27 Al MAS NMR and Py-FTIR.It was found that,compared with calcination in air,La 3+ions migrated into sodalite cages much more easily due to the steaming calcination.The ratio of the peak intensity I 1 of the diffraction plane(311)to the peak intensity I 2 of the diffraction plane(222)(I 1 I 2)increased by 23.8%,and the loss of lanthanum ion decreased from 13%to 6%.At the same time,the crystallization retention of zeolite LaY increased by 6.6 percentage points,the conversion rate of light diesel oil increased by 7.0 percentage points,and the coke yield decreased by 1.2 percentage points after the hydrothermal aging treatment at 800℃and 100%steam for 17 h.
