FCC催化剂生产原料质量控制指标的优化 被引量:1

OPTIMIZATION OF RAW MATERIAL INDICATORS FOR PRODUCING FCC CATALYSTS

摘要 针对目前催化裂化(FCC)催化剂生产原料的质量控制指标与产品理化性能的关联性较差问题,分别对铝溶胶、拟薄水铝石、高岭土、REY分子筛等原料的质量控制指标进行了优化,并分别利用小型催化裂化试验装置和提升管装置评价了原料质量指标优化前后生产催化剂的性能。结果表明:铝溶胶的胶团粒径、拟薄水铝石黏度均与FCC催化剂的磨损指数和孔结构性质具有较好的关联性,作为铝溶胶、拟薄水铝石原料的质量指标具有可行性,且能够更直观、更准确地表征原料的质量控制效果;高岭土粒度与制备FCC催化剂的磨损指数具有较好的相关性,高岭土粒径越小,FCC催化剂的抗磨损性能越好;REY分子筛的稀土负载量(w)为10%左右时,有助于提高催化剂的稳定性和裂化活性,且不会产生高负载量而低效率的问题。指标优化前后生产催化剂的性能对比结果表明,在引入铝溶胶胶团粒径、拟薄水铝石黏度、高岭土粒度、REY稀土负载量等指标后,生产的FCC催化剂理化性能明显改善、重油裂解能力显著增强。 In response to the poor correlation between the quality control indicators of raw materials for fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst production and the physical and chemical properties of products,the quality control indicators of raw materials such as aluminum sol,pseudo boehmite,kaolin,and REY zeolite were optimized,and the performance of the catalyst before and after the optimization of raw material quality indicators was evaluated using advanced cracking evaluation equipment and pilot riser unit.The results showed that the particle size of aluminum sol and the viscosity of pseudo boehmite were well correlated with the wear index and pore structure properties of FCC catalyst.It is feasible to use them as quality indicators for aluminum sol and pseudo boehmite raw materials,and can more intuitively and accurately characterize the quality control effect of raw materials.There is a good correlation between the particle size of kaolin and the wear index of FCC catalysts.The smaller the particle size of kaolin,the better the wear resistance of FCC catalysts;when the rare earth loading(w)of REY zeolite is around 10%,it helps to improve the stability and cracking activity of the catalyst,avoiding the problems of high exchange and low efficiency.The performance comparison of the catalyst before and after index optimization shows that the introduction of indicators such as aluminum sol gel particle size,pseudo boehmite viscosity,kaolin particle size,and REY rare earth loading significantly improves the physical and chemical properties of the FCC catalyst produced,and significantly enhances its heavy oil cracking ability.
