摘要
目的观察康复新液联合牙周基础治疗对重度侵袭性牙周炎(SIP)疗效的影响。方法将我院76例SIP患者随机分为对照组与观察组各38例。对照组采用牙周基础治疗,观察组采用康复新液联合牙周基础治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)、菌斑指数(PLI)、松动度(MD)、感官值、肿胀、龈沟液肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)含量。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,观察组中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SBI、PD、CAL、PLI、MD、感官值、肿胀、龈沟液中TNF-α、IL-1β、PGE_(2)、MMP-2含量均低于治疗前,观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合牙周基础治疗明显提高SIP患者疗效,缓解口臭和肿胀,改善症状。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with periodontal basic treatment on severe invasive periodontitis(SIP).Methods Seventy-six cases of SIP were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.Control group received periodontal basic treatment,while observation group received Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of control group.The cilinal efficacy,syndrome score,gingival bleeding index(SBI),probing depth(PD),clinical attachment level(CAL),plaque index(PLI),mobility(MD),sensory value,swelling,gingival crevicular fluid tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the syndrome scores were lower in both groups than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the SBI,PD,CAL,PLI,MD,sensory values,swelling,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,PGE_(2),and MMP-2 in gingival crevicular fluid were all lower in both groups than before treatment,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with periodontal basic treatment significantly improves the efficacy of SIP patients by improving periodontal index,alleviating bad breath and swelling,and improving symptoms.
