摘要
目的研究社区服务中口腔卫生宣教和指导在中老年牙周治疗中的作用。方法在患者牙周治疗过程中进行社区服务,对实验组患者宣教,检查和指导患者的日常口腔卫生护理。在初诊及之后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月时分别检测患者的菌斑指数-QT改良法(PLI-QT)和牙龈指数(GI)。结果PLI-QT指数和GI指数在初诊时与初诊后1周、1月、3个月、6个月均有统计学意义;而初诊后1、3、6个月之间则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论社区卫生服务时不断强化的口腔卫生宣教和指导,可以辅助口腔科医生有效控制牙菌斑,使牙周治疗获得长期持久的疗效。
Objective To study the Effects of oral education and direction in community Medical service of periodortal diseases for elders. Methods We educated inspect and direct oral daily nursing care during the treating and the community service of medical treatment, detected the PLI-QT and GI in the first treat, 1 week, 1 month, 3month , and 6month. Results There are statistical significanceabout the PLI-QT and GI between the first treat and others, while there are not statistical significanceabout the PLI-QT and GI between the others. Conclusion The oral propaganda and education and direction in the community service of medical treatment can assist dentist control dental plaques, which make periodontal diseases therapy acquire lasting effect.
