不同饥饿投喂策略对马口鱼生长、消化及抗氧化性能影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Feeding Strategies on Growth,Digestion and Antioxidant Capacity of Chinese Hook Snout Carp Opsariicjthys bidens

摘要 在水温为(21.85±0.13)℃,将体质量(6.38±0.31)g的马口鱼(Opsariichthys bidens)幼鱼分为5组,每组3个重复,饲养在200 L循环水缸中,每缸40尾。S0组持续投喂28 d;S1/6、S2/5组分别饥饿1 d、2 d,投喂6 d、5 d,循环4周;S4/24、S8/20组分别饥饿4 d、8 d,投喂24 d、20 d,持续4周,研究不同投喂策略对马口鱼幼鱼生长、消化及抗氧化能力的影响。结果显示,S1/6组和S2/5组马口鱼幼鱼特定生长率与S0组幼鱼无显著性差异(P>0.05),S4/24组和S8/20组特定生长率显著高于S0组(P<0.05),能显著提高饲料转化率实现超补偿生长。饥饿处理后,各试验组马口鱼幼鱼的淀粉酶及蛋白酶活性(除S1/6组)均显著下降(P<0.05),但单期饥饿投喂组(S4/24、S8/20组)的脂肪酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。各组马口鱼幼鱼的SOD、CAT、LDH、ALT、AKP活性均会受到一定程度的影响,导致鱼体抗氧化能力发生显著变化(P<0.05)。结果表明,马口鱼幼鱼饥饿一定时间后再投饲,可实现补偿生长。并能根据不同饥饿投喂策略调整消化酶活性,满足自身对能量的要求,饥饿1 d后投喂6 d的投喂策略可以提高饲料转化率,增加养殖效益。该投食策略可为马口鱼人工养殖的科学投喂提供参考。 Five groups of Chinese hook snout carp Opsariicjthys bidens with initial body weight of(6.38±0.31)g were reared in a 200 L circulating water tank at stocking density of 40 fish per tank at water temperature of(21.85±0.13)℃,and fed continuously for 28 d(S0 group),starved for 1 d and fed for 6 d(S1/6 group),starved for 2 d and fed for 5 d(S2/5 group),starved for 4 d and fed for 24 d(S4/24 group),starved for 8 d and fed for 20 d(S8/20 group)for 4 weeks.The results showed that there was significantly higher specific growth rate in S4/24 group and S8/20 group than that in group S0(P<0.05),without significant difference in the specific growth rate between S1/6 group and S2/5 group and S0 group(P>0.05).The over-compensation growth was achieved by significantly increasing the feed conversion rate.The fish starved in each test group(except S1/6 group)had significant decrease in amylase activity and protease activity(P<0.05)and but the starved fish had significant increase lipase activity in single stage starvation feeding group(S4/24 and S8/20 groups)(P<0.05).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)were found to be affected to some extent by starvation,resulting in significant changes in antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).The findings indicated that the starved animals had compensatory growth when they were refed for a certain period of time.The activities of digestive enzymes were shown to be adjusted according to different starvation feeding strategies,so as to meet the requirements for energy.The feed efficiency was improved by the feeding strategy of starving for 1 d and then refeeding for 6 d,thus increasing the culture efficiency.The findings provide reference with scientific feeding of artificial culture of Chinese hook snout carp.
