摘要
目的探讨血清转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)及血清卵泡抑素样蛋白1(Follistatinlike1,FSTL-1)在特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis IPF)中的表达水平及与临床指标的相关性研究。方法选取2022年10月至2023年8月于石河子大学第一附属医院门诊及住院IPF患者45例为病例组;选取石河子大学第一附属医院健康体检40例为健康对照。收集患者一般资料、肺功能、GAP评分、六分钟步行试验等临床资料,检测两组血清TGF-β、FSTL-1表达水平。结果(1)病例组与对照组于性别、年龄、吸烟史比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)病例组血清TGF-β、FSTL-1表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)病例组血清TGF-β、FSTL-1与FVC%pred、DLCO%pred、六分钟步行试验均呈负相关(P<0.05),病例组血清TGF-β、FSTL-1与GAP评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。(4)病例组血清TGF-β与血清FSTL-1呈正相关。结论IPF患者血清中TGF-β、FSTL-1的水平与疾病发展有关,可以评估患者病情,为IPF的诊断提供参考信息。
Objective Exploring serum transforming growth factor-β,The expression levels of TGF-βand serum Follistatin-like1(FSTL-1)in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)were correlated with Clinical index.Methods From October 2022 to August 2023,45 patients with IPF in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University were selected as the case group.A total of 40 health examination cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University were selected as healthy controls.General data,FVC%pred,DLCO%pred,GAP score,6-minute walking test and other clinical data were collected.Serum TGF-βand FSTL-1 expression levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results 1.The general information of case group and control group was compared,there were no statistically significant differences in gender(male/female),age,smoking history(with/without)between the two groups(P>0.05)2.Serum expression levels of TGF-βand FSTL-1 in the case group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Serum TGF-βand FSTL-1 were negatively correlated withFVC%pred,DLCO%in serum of the case group,Serum TGF-βand FSTL-1 were positively correlated with GAP score in the case group(P<0.05).4.Serum TGF-βwas positively correlated with serum FSTL-1 in the case group.Conclusion The levels of TGF-βand FSTL-1 in the serum of IPF patients were correlated with the development of the disease,which can be used to evaluate the condition of patients and provide reference information for the diagnosis of IPF.
