计及构网型储能电站的新能源基地无功协调优化控制 被引量:14

Coordinated Optimal Reactive Power Control of Renewable Energy Base Considering Grid-forming Energy Storage Station

摘要 与传统火电主导的系统相比,缺乏同步电源支撑的新能源基地呈现低抗扰性和弱支撑性,采用构网型储能电站(GFMS)是一种有效的解决方案。文中首先对GFMS控制原理进行分析,确定了稳态及动态条件下GFMS的功率调节范围,并建立了GFMS运行模型。然后,提出了考虑GFMS辅助治理的无功协调优化控制策略,以适应无功协调优化及实时电压支撑需求。在无功协调优化阶段,以经济性最优和动态无功预留容量最大为目标,对无功源进行日前-日内集中优化;在实时电压支撑阶段,提出了一种基于并网点电压支撑需求的GFMS电压控制策略。选取中国西北地区某缺乏同步电源支撑的新能源基地为算例进行仿真,验证所提策略的有效性。结果表明,所提无功协调优化控制策略有效提高了新能源基地安全稳定水平,充分发挥了GFMS的作用。 Compared with traditional thermal power-dominated systems,renewable energy bases that lack synchronous power supply support exhibit low immunity and weak support.The use of grid-forming energy storage station(GFMS)is an effective solution.First,the control principle of GFMS is analyzed,the power adjustment ranges of GFMS under steady-state and dynamic conditions are determined,and a GFMS operation model is established.Then,a coordinated optimal reactive power control strategy considering GFMS auxiliary governance is proposed to adapt to reactive power coordinated optimization and real-time voltage support requirements.In the reactive power coordinated optimization stage,day-ahead and intra-day centralized optimization of reactive power sources is carried out with the goal of optimizing economic efficiency and maximizing dynamic reactive power reserve capacity.In the real-time voltage support stage,a GFMS voltage control strategy is proposed based on voltage support requirements of the grid-connected point.A renewable energy base in the northwest region of China that lacks synchronous power supply support is selected as a case for simulation to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.The results show that the proposed coordinated optimal reactive power control strategy effectively improves the security and stability level of the renewable energy base and gives full play to the role of GFMS.
