增设电容C_(3)的新型CVT的误差性能优化设计

摘要 在常规电容式电压互感器(CVT)的分压器低压端串接电容C_(3)实现谐波数据准确测量已被证实是一种可行技术,探求其误差特性并提出优化控制措施,对其工程应用具有重要意义。文中针对此类新型CVT,开展了其结构和误差特性分析。首先明确了二次绕组与谐波测量部分间的相互影响,由此获知分压器电容量偏差和谐波测量端负荷为影响其谐波测量端误差特性的关键参量,在此基础之上提出了谐波测量端的误差控制方法,最后通过试验验证了新型CVT的性能满足电网谐波监测要求、所提误差改进措施有效。在衡水110 kV怀甫站进行的挂网运行情况表明,该新型CVT运行平稳、获取的谐波监测数据准确有效。文中的研究结果为今后开展该类CVT的设计和使用奠定了技术基础。 The series connection of capacitor C_(3) at the low voltage side of the voltage divider of conventional capacitive voltage transformer(CVT)is proved to be a feasible method for accurate measurement of harmonic data.It is of great significance to explore its error characteristics and propose optimization control measures for its engineering application.In this paper,the structure and error characteristic analysis for the novel CVT are performed.First,the mutual influence between the secondary winding and the harmonic measurement is defined.From this it is know that the capacitance deviation of voltage divider and the load of harmonic measuring are the key parameters affecting the error characteristics of harmonic measuring terminal.On this basis,the error control method of the harmonic control terminal is propoed.Finally,it is proved through the test that the performance of the novel CVT can meet the requirements of harmonic monitoring of power grid and the proposed error modification measures are effective.It is shown by the operation of the novel CVT in 110 kV Huaifu substation of Hengshui that the operation of the novel CVT is stable and the obtained harmonic monitoring data is accurate and effective.The research results in this paper has laid the technical foundation for the development of the design and application of such type of CVT in the future.
