摘要
谷物在采收、储存前处理、储存、运输、加工等环节因各种因素引起霉菌感染,霉菌产生的霉菌毒素可残留于谷物中,制成动物饲料被动物摄入后蓄积于动物体内,若人类摄食此类动物制成的食品则会对健康造成威胁。因此霉菌毒素是饲料行业中非常重要的安全风险因素之一。综述国内外对饲料中霉菌毒素含量相关规定、饲料及饲料原料残留情况,为后续相关研究提供参考。
During various stages such as harvesting,pre-storage processing,storage,transportation,and processing,grains can be infected by mold due to various factors.The mycotoxins produced by these molds can remain in the grains,and when these grains are used to make animal feed,the toxins can accumulate in the animals that consume them.If humans then consume products derived from these animals,it poses a threat to human health.Therefore,mycotoxins have become one of the crucial safety risk factors in the feed industry.This article reviews the current global regulations on mycotoxin levels in animal feeds,as well as mycotoxin residue in feeds and feed ingredients,providing a reference for subsequent related research.
