摘要
随着城市治理现代化和游客消费品质化的加速推进,理论层面亟须建构新型治理框架、明确新技术条件下城市旅游客流监测与调控的目标、指标和方法。文章采用系统文献回顾法,全面回顾旅游客流监测与调控的相关研究成果,系统梳理旅游客流监测与调控的概念、目标和系统框架。在既有研究的基础上,文章结合城市旅游发展实践,构建了城市旅游客流监测与调控的目标体系和系统框架。该框架旨在提升游客满意度、确保旅游及相关企业生产安全、促进社区和谐并提升城市治理的现代化水平。文章最后展望了未来的研究方向,为城市旅游客流监测与调控的后续研究提供参考。
With the accelerated advancement of the modernization of urban governance and the quality of tourist consumption,there is an urgent need to construct a new framework at the theoretical level and clarify the objectives,indicators,and methods of monitoring and regulating urban tourist flow under new technological conditions.This article adopts a systematic literature review method to comprehensively review the relevant research results,systematically combing the concepts,objectives,and system framework of tourist flow monitoring and regulation.Based on existing research,the article combines the condition of urban tourism development to construct a target system and framework for monitoring and regulating urban tourist flow.This framework aims to enhance tourist satisfaction,ensure the safety of tourism and related enterprises in production,promote community harmony,and elevate the modernization level of urban governance.This study also looks forward to future research directions,providing a reference for subsequent research on urban tourism passenger flow monitoring and regulation.
