医务人员科研动机及影响因素调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Medical Personnel′s Research Motivation and Influencing Factors

摘要 目的调查医务人员科研动机现状,探讨医务人员主要科研动机类型及影响因素,为制定促进科研行为的策略提供理论依据。方法2022年3—4月,采用科研动机量表、职业使命感量表及科研情况问卷调查宜昌市卫生界学会5630名专科会员,分析专科会员的主要科研动机类型及其与职业使命感的相关性,并采用多元线性回归方法分析主要科研动机类型的相关影响因素。结果共获得2194份有效问卷,医务人员以内在科研动机为主,得分最高,为(3.95±0.80)分。Spearman相关分析结果显示,医务人员内在科研动机与外在科研动机呈显著正相关关系(r=0.710,P<0.001),与职业使命感及其3个维度呈正相关关系(P<0.001)。工作单位、参加科研工作意愿、对科研工作的看法及职业使命感是医务人员内在科研动机的影响因素,共解释总变异的46.5%。结论管理者要关注医务人员内在科研动机需求,为其提供必要的帮助和支持,促使其投入科研工作。故要重视外在科研动机对内在科研动机的协同作用,同时发挥职业使命感对内在科研动机的推动作用,共同促进医务人员科研工作开展。 Objective To investigate the status of medical personnel′s research motivation,explore the main types of medical personnel′s research motivation and influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating strategies to promote research behavior.Methods From March to April 2022,5,630 specialized members of the Yichang Health Society of Hubei Province were surveyed with the Research Motivation Scale,Professional Mission Scale,and Research Situation Questionnaire.The main types of research motivation among specialized members and their correlation with sense of professional mission were analyzed,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the main types of research motivation.Results A total of 2,194 valid questionnaires were obtained,with medical personnel mainly motivated by internal scientific research,scoring the highest at(3.95±0.80)score.The Spearman correlation analysis results showed a significant positive correlation between medical personnel′s intrinsic research motivation and extrinsic research motivation(r=0.710,P<0.001),and a positive correlation with their sense of professional mission and three dimensions(P<0.001).Employers,willingness to participate in scientific research,views on scientific research work,and sense of professional mission are the influencing factors of medical personnel′s intrinsic scientific research motivation,accounting for 46.5% of the total variation.Conclusion Managers should pay attention to medical personnel′s intrinsic research motivation needs,provide them with necessary assistance and support,and encourage them to engage in scientific research.Therefore,we should attach importance to the synergistic effect of extrinsic research motivation on intrinsic research motivation,and at the same time,give full play to the role of sense of professional mission in promoting intrinsic research motivation,jointly promoting medical personnel′s scientific research work.
