摘要
科研作为大型综合性医院医教研协调发展的重要一环,对医院持续发展意义重大,而科研动机作为科研行为的始动因素,对其进行了解是对医务人员科研行为进行科学管理的基本条件。本文在阐述了科研动机概念和分析了我国大型综合性医院医务人员科研动机现状的基础上,着重从涵养科研文化、培育科研精神和完善科研管理制度3方面就如何构建起基于正确科研动机的良好学术氛围进行了深入的探讨。
Scientific research is one of the most important aspects of hospitals to develop harmonious,and research motivation is the initial fact of the research behavior,recognize it correctly is the basic condition to administrate the research behavior of the medicines directly.This paper explained the research behavior and analysis the current situation of the medicines＇ research motivation,then discussed how to build a better research atmosphere from three aspects,which are foster research culture,cultivate research spirit and perfect the research behavior administration rules.
