摘要
研究了固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 催化丙酸与乙醇的酯化反应 ,探讨了催化剂用量、反应时间及醇酸摩尔比对酯产率的影响。当醇酸摩尔比为 1 4∶1,催化剂的量为醇酸总质量的 2 0 % ,反应时间为 1 0h ,酯产率可达 5 0 3%
Catalytic esterification reaction of propionic acid with ethyl alcohol by TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 has been studied.The effect of catalyst amount,reaction time and molar ratio of alcohol and acid on the yield of ester are discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows:the molar ratio of ethyl alcohol to propioonic acid was 1.4∶1,quantity of catalyst 2.0%(wt% of alcohol and propionic acid),reaction temperature was about 78 ℃~85 ℃ and reaction time was 1.0 h.The yield of ethy propionate is 50.3%.
