摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定创伤灵中次乌头碱的含量，以乙腈∶水∶三乙胺（２００∶１６０∶０５）磷酸调ｐＨ至８０±０２作流动相，在大连ＳａｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＧ８柱使其得到很好的分离，呈良好线性关系（ｒ＝０９９９７），方法回收率为１０１９％，该法可用于创伤灵的质量控制。
pLC method is used in the quantitative analysis of Hypaconitine in Chuangshanglin,with C2H5CN∶H2O∶(C2H5)3N (200∶160∶05),pH=80±02 maked by H3PO4,as flowing phase,Dalian Saherisorb G8 calumn as solid phase.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The linera rang is good.The recoveray of the method is 1019%.The method can be used as a quantitative analysis of Hypaconitine in Chuangshanglin.
