摘要
目的建立黄精中薯蓣皂苷元的含量测定方法。方法采用Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(94∶6)为流动相,检测波长为203 nm,柱温25℃。结果薯蓣皂苷元在0.81μg 8.10μg(r=0.999 8,n=6)范围内呈线性,平均加样回收率为99.2%和100.8%,RSD为2.61%和2.07%。结论本法简便、灵敏、结果可靠,可作为黄精质量控制的定量方法。
Objective To develop a method for determining the content of diosgenin in Rhizoma polygo nati by RP-HPLC. Methods Using Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column with acetonitrile-water （94： 6） as mo bile phase, detection wavelength was at 203nm,flow rate was 1 mL ·min^-1 ,colum temperature was 25 ℃ Results The diosgenin calibration curves was linear at the ranges of 0.81μg～8.10 μg（r=0. 999 8,n= 6）.
