摘要
目的：探讨末梢血象变化的意义。方法：对实验感染旋毛虫（Ｔｒｉｃｈｉｎｅｌａｓｐｉｒａｌｉｓ）小白鼠末梢血象分类计数进行了连续观察。结果：小鼠感梁后第３ｄ可见中性粒细胞升高，到观察后期一直呈较高水平，而淋巴细胞和单核细胞的变化恰与中性粒细胞相反，嗜碱性细胞变化不大。结论：嗜酸性粒细胞的变化最为显著，感染后第３ｄ开始增加，到感染第１４ｄ达高峰，至整个观察期间一直显著高于感染前。
Objective:The probable significance of dynamic changes of peripheral blood leucocytes was also discussed.Methods:The present paper reports the dynamic changes of peripheral blood leucocytes in mices experimentally infected with trichinella spiralis.Results:Neutrophils count was higher than that of before infection during the whole period of observation. Lymphocytes and monocytes to lower after the infection.Conclusion:The most marked changes occurred in the eosinophils which began to increase en day 3,reaching the peak on day 14 and remaining still obviously higher than before infection through the whole period of observation.
