摘要
本文对实验感染旋毛虫(Trichinella spiralis)小鼠外周血白细胞数和分类进行了连续观察。结果表明:感染鼠白细胞总数从感染初期就开始升高,到观察后期(3~60天)仍显著高于对照组。感染第3天可见中性粒细胞出现增高峰,从第7天开始下降,35天降至最低,而淋巴细胞的变化恰与中性粒细胞相反。在整个观察期间,嗜酸性粒细胞的变化最为显著,从感染第7天开始增加,到感染21日达最高峰,其绝对数相当于对照组的10倍,至60日仍显著高于对照组。单核细胞于感染后14日开始显著升高,到感染后期仍高于对照组。本文对这些变化的可能意义进行了探讨。
The present paper reports the dynamic changes of peripheral blood leucocytes in mice experimentally infected with T. spiralis. The total white cell count was higher than the normal during the whole period of observation(f rom day 3 through day 60) . Neutrophils were higher than the control from the third day and lympo-cytes increased from the seventh day to the 60th day. The most marked changes occurred in the eosinophils which began to increase on day 7 , reaching the peak on day 21 and remaining still obviously higher than normal through the whole period of observation.Monocytes began to increase on the fourteenth day. The probable significance of these changes was also discussed.
