摘要
目的：探讨非生理条件对细胞凋亡的影响。方法：采用ＨＥ和ＤＮＡ染色的方法，在４℃组织培养条件下观察了小鼠胸腺实质内凋亡细胞的分布。结果：胸腺皮质、髓质内均有发生典型核形态改变的细胞，其细胞核的形态大小不一，具有这种核形态改变的细胞随体外培养时间的延长而增多。
Objective:Effect of non-physiolgical conditions on apoptosis has been examined in this paper.Methods:The distribution of apoptosis of murine thymocytes cultivated at 4 ℃ was observed by meansof the HE and DNA staining.Results:Cells with typical changes in nuclear forms could be found in thymic cortex and medulla.Their nuclei differed greatly in form and size.And the number of such cells increased as the time for culture in vitro extended.Conclusion:Apoptosis and necrosis of cells in the thymusparenchyma may result from non-physiological cultivation in vitro.
