摘要
文章专注于竞争环境下的读者和读者工作 ,从尊重读者权益、加强读者管理、开发读者资源等方面对改革读者工作进行了研究分析。
This paper concentrates on the readers and the work for the readers in competition, makes some researches into the reform of the work for the readers from the following aspects: to respect the readers' rights and interests, to strengthen the readers' management, and to exploit the readers' resources etc.
