摘要
论述了网络环境下图书馆读者的特征以及网络环境对图书馆读者工作的影响,并提出了图书馆应采取的若干对策,包括更新服务观念、加强网络信息资源建设、充分利用网络免费资源、培养和引进高素质人才等。
This paper discusses on the features of library's readers under network environment and the influence of network environment on the work for readers of library under network environment, and puts forward some countermeasures that should be taken by the library including renewing the service conception, strengthening the construction of network information resources, making full use of network free resources, and training and introducing high-quality talents, etc.
