摘要
高等院校的学生工作是整个学校工作重要的组成部分,它在解决众多学生问题中担任着极其重要的角色。本文从社会工作角度出发,结合现有的学生工作架构,运用系统理论,提出社会工作介入高校学生工作的可能性,并将系统理论和社会工作理论结合起来,提出了以组织架构系统性、工作对象多样性、介入手法整合性为特征的高校学校社会工作架构。
The university student work is one important part of the entire school social work. And it takes a very important role to resolve vary of student issues. This article bring a possibility about how to deal with university student work using social work as a systematic theory, and combining with current student work frame through the view of social work. And as a result, it brings a university social work frame with systematic organization frame, multiplex working objects, conforming intervention methods, base on the united systematic theory with social work theory.
