摘要
离心技术纯化病毒。病毒粒子具双层衣壳,直径约为65nm。病毒对氯仿、乙醚、酸碱、胰蛋白酶的处理不敏感。冻融和56℃、1小时处理,毒力下降显著。-80℃、-30℃两种温度条件下保存,其毒力损失有差异。鱼用消毒剂鱼康有杀病毒作用。
Grass carp hemorrhage virus strain 854(GCHV-854)was purified by centrifuge techniques and the viral particles are about 65nm in diameter and composed of a double capsid. GCHV-854 is relatively stable to organic solvents chloroform, ether, to acidic or alkaline pH and the trypsinization, but sensitive to freezing——thawing and heat treatment.The decreases in infectivity of GCHV-854 stored at—30℃、—80℃during the same period are apparently different. Yukang-a kind of disinfectan for fish has virucidal effect in experiment.
