摘要
用 8种单细胞藻类对 1 2种甲壳动物血清进行检测 ,发现每种甲壳动物血清至少能凝集 3种以上的单细胞藻类 ,其中斜生栅藻 (Scenedesmusobliquus)细胞的敏感性最强 ,能与受检的 1 2种甲壳动物血清产生凝集 .同时进行糖抑制 ,温度、pH和Ca2 +影响试验 .结果表明 ,每种凝集素对斜生栅藻的凝集活性都可被 1种或多糖抑制 ,1 2种甲壳动物血清凝集素的温度和 pH适应范围表现不一 ,但它们的凝集活性都被EDTA所抑制 .
Twelve species of crustacean are detected for hemagglutination with eight kind of unicellular algae. It shows that serums extracted from twelve species of crustacean are able to agglutinate at least more than three single-cell algae, and the sensitivity of Scenedesmus obliquust to the lectins of crustacean is highest. It can be agglutinated by twelve detected serums. Besides, glyco-inhibiting action, influence of temperature, pH and Ca 2+ to the activity of lectins are tested. The results show that the activity of every crustacean lectin agglutinating on the cell of S.O. is inhibited by one or more kinds of saccharides, the agglutinative activity of 12 crustacean on the cell of S.O. is different in pH rang of 4.0~10.0 and temperature rang of 4~90 ℃, but their agglutinative activity is inhibited by EDTA.
