摘要
应用整体电解法 ,以二氧化铅为阳极 ,铜为阴极 ,对重铬酸钾间接电化学氧化蒽制蒽醌中影响Cr3 + 电化学氧化过程电流效率的因素进行了探讨 .结果表明 :Cr3 + 电化学氧化过程的电流效率随着反应物浓度、反应温度的升高和操作电流密度、电解液中硫酸浓度的降低而增大 ;重铬酸钾间接电化学氧化蒽制蒽醌过程中还原生成的 Cr3 + 硫酸溶液经活性炭预处理或者在超声波作用下电解 ,可以提高 Cr3 + 电化学氧化制备 Cr2 O2 -7过程的电流效率 .
The electrolytic oxidation of Cr 3+ to Cr 2O 2- 7 with lead dioxide anode is studied. The experimental results show that the current efficiency of electrochemical oxidation of Cr 3+ increases with decreasing current density and sulfuric acid solution concentration, increasing the concentration of chromium and temperature. The current efficiency of the electrolytic oxidation of Cr 3+ to Cr 2O 2- 7 is improved when the solution obtained in the indirect electrochemical oxidation of anthracene to anthraquinone process is treated by activated carbon or the electrolytic oxidation of the solution takes place with ultrasound.
