摘要
通过 ( 1 999- 2 0 0 0 )连续两年对不同桂花品种、采花时间对鲜桂花加工产品质量的鉴评 ,结果表明 :桂花加工成品、半成品质量均以晚银桂最好 ,其次是白洁和金桂 ;鲜花采收日期 ,2 0 0 0年供试的 3个品种均以打香眼期采收的鲜花加工产品质量最好。其中晚银桂、白洁的加工产品质量随花期的推迟而下降 。
In the year of 1999 and 2000, three varieties of sweet osmanthus were chosen as objects of the study,which were picked in different flowering seasons and preserved immediately, and then processed. Quality of processed sweet osmanthus was evaluated by a group. The result showed that the quality of processed products was different among samples of different varieties and in different flowering periods.
