摘要
实现林业可持续发展 ,必须从林业经营的本质出发 ,建立参与式林业。参与式林业适应当前林业的发展变化 ,代表了 2 1世纪林业经营的方向 ,与传统林业有着本质的区别。
In order to reach the goals of sustainable forestry development, we have to establish participating forestry model based on the nature of forestry management. Participating forestry model is suitable for the current forestry development, and actually is the future of forestry management in the 21st century. There are lots of differences between participating forestry and traditional forestry. Functions of forestry institutions are also changed accordingly. All aspects mentioned above consist the main contents of this article.
