摘要
在大批量的机械加工过程中 ,由于影响加工精度的因素较多 ,目前尚难以建立加工精度动态损失的精确数学模型。本研究以柱塞套内孔加工为例 ,分别探讨了应用时间序列分析、灰色系统理论及人工神经网络原理等手段建立加工精度动态损失数学模型的方法 。
In the process of the large scale manufacture, the manufacturing and the measuring systems have the characteristic of dynamic time variation. To do prediction compensation control, the dynamic distributions trend must be well understood. There exit a lot of factors influencing manufacturing accuracy, so it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of dynamic loss of manufacturing accuracy. In this paper, taking precise plungers of oil pump mouth in a large scale as the objects, and applying modern mathematical methods such as time series analysis, gray system theory and artificial neural network, the mathematical models of dynamic loss of manufacturing accuracy are established. The comparison between the accuracies of these models is presented by examples.
