摘要
应用动力学原理 ,建立了秸秆切段的运动微分方程 ,设计了具有切碎与抛送功能的曲面直刃圆筒式刀片。对刀片的切碎与抛送变量的关系进行了研究 。
By using the principle of dynamics, the differential equations of motion of the chopped straw have been developed and the chopping knife with curved surface and straight edge performing chopping and throwing functions has been designed. In addition, the chopping and throwing parameters have been tested and the influence of the key parameters on chopping and throwing straw has been determined. The study will provide an important basis for the design of chopping and throwing device.
