摘要
本文应用多元统计分析方法,对影响直抛式曲面直刃圆筒式切碎刀各项工作性能诸因素进行了研究。研究结果表明,影响直抛式曲面直刃圆筒式切碎刀各项工作性能的主要因素是切刀线速度,并找出了满足一定茎杆切段长度和茎杆抛送距离切刀线速度应控制的范围。
The factors influencing the functions of the direct-throwing curv-surfaced straight-bladed barrel-like chopping cutter was studied with the method of polyvariable statistical analysis.The results showed that the main factor influencing the functions of the cutter was the linear velocity of the cutter.Acoording to the stem-segment cutting length and thestem-throwing distance the controlling range of the cutting velocity was found out.
