摘要
给水管道在运行过程中产生了“生长环”。生长环是管道内细菌繁殖的场所,它的存在缩小管道过水面积,增加阻力系数,直接影响管道的通水能力和供水水压。生长环的存在还影响了水的浊度及色度等感官水质指标,使供水水质恶化,加速了管网的腐蚀。现场生产试验的结果显示,高压水射流法和气-水脉冲法是高效、简单和低耗的清除管道内生长环的方法;反转内衬管法和挤压内衬塑料管法是施工方便及经济节能的给水管道内防腐方法。
Growth-ring occurs in water pipeline in the course of operation. Growth-rings inside the pipeline reduce flow rate and runoff, and increase resistance coefficient, and may affect the turbidity, taste, odour and colour of water supply. Corrosion problems of pipe materials may also be related to growth-rings.The high efficiency, simplicity and low-cost properties of growth-ring removal with the methods of high pressure water-jet and gas-water pulse were proved through on-site experiments. On-site tests proved that inner lining-pipe for corrosion protection of water pipeline is a simple and low-cost method.
