摘要
为提高氨立式冷凝器的传热性能 ,采用螺旋槽钢管为强化传热元件 ,与光滑钢管进行了对比试验 ,结果表明螺旋槽钢管的传热系数比光滑钢管高 1 2 .9%~ 65 .5 %。某冷冻厂的氨立式冷凝器应用螺旋槽钢管 ,经过一年多的运行测试 ,传热系数比用光滑钢管高 32 .6%~5 7%。
In order to improve heat transfer performance of vertical ammonia condenser,adopts spiral corrugated steel tube as the enhanced heat transfer element. The compared experiment with smooth steel tube shows that heat transfer of spiral corrugated steel tube is 12.9 %~65.5% higher than that of smooth steel tube. The spiral corrugated steel tube is applied in the vertical ammonia condenser of a factory, and the coefficient increase by 32.6%~57% over that of smooth steel tube.
