摘要
效率与公平是两难的选择。医院沿用至今的结余比例提成分配法,体现的是单一的效率和机会的不公平。为适应医药卫生改革的需要,研究探索生产要素如何参与医院劳务分配,以求得工作绩效全方位与分配挂钩,高度统一地体现效率与公平。
It seems to be difficult to make consideration between effciency and fairness in wage distribution. The surplus pro rata distribution method which the hospital has adopted up to now reflects the unfairness of single efficiency and opportunity. In order to meet the demands of medical reform, the paper discusses how to get the production factors involved in hospital' s wage distribution, thus fully combining work coutributions with wage distribution, and highly realizing a balance between efficiency and fairness.
